Meridian Restaurant is owned and operated by Mark Grohman, Trevor Dye, and Daniel Bowers. Each is a classically trained chef who has chosen to make Winston Salem their home. They were trained at some of the finest schools in the world, from South Carolina to France, and have worked at some of the finest restaurants in the Triad area as executive chefs and sous chefs. The cuisine at Meridian Restaurant represents the combination and culmination of classical training and passion for fine French, Italian, and local cuisine. |
